Shipping Policy

The Chic Butterfly uses India Post for delivery of products. Estimated delivery time of products is 4-5 business days after dispatch. But, due to Covid Pandemic issues it may delay in exceptional cases.

We deliver PAN India. If your locality comes under a pincode where delivery is not made, you can give the address of someone else and collect from them as per your convenience. 

**Please ensure you provide the correct address with enough details**  If there is any mistake in your address or any personal details, it  won’t be cleared from our end. In case any faults in the products, refund/return will be done as per “Refund/Return policy”

Shipping charges are fixed for every order, excluding the minimum or maximum quantity criteria (Rs. 62)

Tracking details of orders placed will be shared in 2-3 business days via mail.

Currently, delivery is done only within INDIA. We are working on expanding overseas too.
