The Chic Butterfly assures good quality and customer satisfaction. However, in case customer should receive a damaged/wrong/missing item, only then a refund or exchange (whichever fitting) will be processed. To request for return or refund, an unedited, uncut and true video has to be shared with The Chic Butterfly by email within 5 days of receiving the parcel. 

The video should include 360 degree view of the box before opening to make sure it is unopened before. Without an unboxing video, no requests will be entertained.

For refund, the amount of the particular item will be refunded excluding the taxes and shipping charges (if any). If product was on sale while purchase time, the sale price will only be refunded. 

Minor differences like slight variation in colour (which may happen due to lighting conditions, screen resolution) or minimal size difference and so on are not counted as a flaw for return/exchange

Once we receive your video and decide whether a return-refund/exchange is due, we will reach out to you with the further process. You have to send the product back to us by “INDIA POST”. After we receive the product, your refund/exchange will be processed.
