Amigurumi, the Japanese art of crocheting or knitting tiny stuffed creatures or objects is all the rage! This is a huge and popular trend. Some of the crochet amigurumi designers use bead crochet methods. But SheepShopToy‘s designs are worth a look if you do not crochet or knit but love the amigurumi aspect.
The designer, Oleksandra Mykhailenko, uses peyote stitch to put together her 3D miniatures. She has many adorable creatures such as the pig, cow and lamb above. What’s more, she offers many little accessories to go with them including cute baskets, umbrellas, dresses, hats, potted flowers and so on!
